Paper aluminium
This combination of materials adds the delicate naturalness of paper to the strength of aluminum and PET. While maintaining the typical lightness of flexible packaging, aluminum foil provides a total functional barrier to gases, humidity and light, preventing changes and deterioration of the quality of the content. The paper used is FSC certified, thus ensuring a sustainable use of the forests of origin.
Single-coated white 80 gr paper, FSC certified
Made of pure cellulose, it is a high quality, homogeneous and smooth printing paper, which guarantees optimal printing by emphasizing the colors. The paper used is FSC certified.
With or without 12 my PET
This layer of polyethylene terephthalate, thanks to its characteristic "glassiness" guarantees structure and resistance to the packaging.
8 my aluminum
Lightweight and ductile, aluminum is particularly performing in the field of flexible packaging. It has a high storage capacity as it acts as a protective screen against light, humidity and contaminants.
60 my PE
Polyethylene acts as a sealing layer. This polymer is guaranteed for healthy and safe contact with food.
Food contact compliance
Our paper and aluminium packaging is suitable for any food product. It guarantees optimal storage for more than 6 months at room temperature or below and can be heated up to 70°C for a maximum of 2 hours or up to 100°C for a maximum of 15 minutes. This material has been certified by the Italian Espresso Institute (IEI) as suitable for preserving coffee aromas without contamination.
Ecosostenibilità
Aluminium packaging provides high protection for food with less environmental impact than rigid containers. Considering the whole life cycle from production to disposal, flexible packaging is 60% more sustainable than can solutions (IFEU sources). Furthermore, the paper used is FSC-certified for sustainable forestry and all energy used in production comes from renewable sources and all technologies used are solventless.
